Payment is required before item is shipped.
All items are shipped on or before their scheduled ship by date. Items that are under our "free shipping guarantee" will be ship via the carrier (USPS, Fedex, UPS, or DHL) with the best rates. Arrival dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Items totally over $50 are shipped with complimentary $100 insurance. If you would like additional insurance, we do offer it under the shipping upgrade options.
If items are damaged during transit and your package is covered by insurance (orders over $35 include insurance otherwise is must be purchased at checkout; if you do not select insurance, we are not liable for damages that occur during shipping on order $34.99 and under), the buyer (customer/receiver of package) has two options:
Option #1: The buyer (customer/receiver of package) must take damaged item(s) and box to the USPS. At that time, they will be required to fill out a 3831 Form and surrender the damaged goods. Filing out a 3831 form and surrendering the item must be done no later than 14 days upon receiving the package. Please ask for a copy of the 3831 Form Postmarked by your Post Office and submit a copy to us. After you send us a copy of the 3831 Form, we (NCGD) will file a claim with USPS. Upon approval (which may take 30-90 days), we will send out a replacement of the item(s). If you do not provide us with a 3831 Form by the 14th day of delivery, NCGD is released from replacing any damages goods. *
Option #2: The buyer (customer/receiver of package) will file the claim with USPS. The buyer will be responsible for filling out a 3831 Form and surrender the damaged goods. Filing out a 3831 form and surrendering the item must be done no later than 14 days upon receiving the package. The buyer will then be reimbursed by USPS and can repurchase the item(s) from NCGD. If you do not file a claim by the 14th day of delivery, NCGD is released from replacing any damages goods.*
*By purchasing item(s) from NCGD, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions of how insurance claims work and will not extort NCGD based on the process. Extortion of NCGD via social media and/or reviews will be reported to Etsy.

PRIORITY MAIL IS NOT included on international shipping. International mailing is selected by the buyer at checkout. International mailing DOES NOT include insurance. We highly recommend purchasing insurance on international purchases. Please message us if you would like to buy international insurance and we will add the cost to your order.

CANCELLATIONS: In order to ensure ship times are met, we immediately start production on all custom items. Hence, we DO NOT accept cancelations. Puzzles orders cannot be cancelled or returned. All sales are final
If you have shipped to the wrong address, please notify us. Please ensure that your purchase is correct before purchasing.
We only accept returns on non-custom items. Buyers are responsible to pay the shipping back to NCGD. On items that ship free of charge, shipping charges will be taken from the purchase price of the item and the remaining balance refunded.
When your order arrives and there is an issue(s), please notify us within 2 days. This includes any damages that occur during transit or missing items. If you notify us after the 2 days after your item has been delivered, you will be responsible to file the insurance claim and/or repurchasing the item to replace them.
When making a purchase with NCGD, you are agreeing to the terms and policies that are set forth by NCGD.
RETURNED AND/OR LOST MAIL
Northern Country Girl Designs. LLC. is not liable for lost mail. We do suggest buying insurance through us to replace your item. In addition, if your item is returned to us, you (the buyer) are required to pay for postage again and a 10% handling fee based on the total amount spent at checkout. Unless the error is on our part, we will not reship items. We also will not offer refunds on returned packages for personalized items. Particle refunds can be made on items that are returned to us with insufficient address or unable to forward on NON-personalize items; the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund unless NCGD is liable for the mistake and we will ship out the item again free of charge.
Damages that occur during shipping we do not offer refunds on the items. We will file an insurance claim and send a replacement item out or you can file the claim through the shipping carrier. No refunds will be extended under any circumstances on our behalf.

We are not responsible for failed applications with decals. No refunds will be issues.

Please note that our lawyers will do everything in their power to protect your information.
Marketing purposes - we may share your order (featuring your design) on our social media channels or website. If you would like to be excluded, please leave a note in the notes to seller section at checkout. We do not reveal your name. Reviews of slander or misconduct will be reported to Etsy.

Yes, we do! At checkout, you will select the shipping method you would like. Please note that first class international shipping does not include insurance. If you would like to add insurance, please contact us. We are not held liable for contents that are damaged during transit.
All domestic (United States) orders that are shipped with Priority Mail come with $100.00 insurance standard. If your item arrives damaged, please send us the following:

DO NOT throw away your items. They maybe required to be returned to the post office on occasion. Please note that you must notify us within two days of delivery. Notifying us after that time frame will require you to handle to insurance claim on your own. USPS allows for claims to be submitted 14 days after delivery. We will ONLY replace the item once the claim is approved and a check has been issued. If you would like the item sooner, you can file a claim and repurchase the item.
If your package was returned to us, you will need to repurchase a shipping label to reship the item. We do not offer refunds on personalized items. If we cannot resell the item, we do not offer refunds.
Yes, if you are wanting to customize a standard sign or design to your specifications then there will be an additional design fee that is charge. In addition, any edits after two proofs are subject to additional fees. Please feel free to email us with any questions to obtain clarity.
Yes, we recently changed our shop name to the acronym NCGD. Etsy only allows so many characters for the name and was cutting off our name. We decided that it would be easier for customers to find us using NCGD.
