These customizable, handmade beer glasses are the perfect gift for the groom’s best man and groomsmen. Our glasses are etched with a laser machine and have the option to be blasted through our sand blaster for a frosted look to the text. Our glasses are perfect toasting glasses for the day of the wedding! They also make great wedding gifts, birthday, anniversary, or any special occasion gifts. Each glass is handmade in Oregon and is made with love and the highest craftsmanship.

We offer 12 different designs* to chose from and the design is customized with the information you provide us. These glasses are dishwasher safe and require no maintenance to the engraving. Additional customization can be added to the back of each glass for $4.00.

1. SELECT YOUR DESIGN- From the drop down menu, select your design code. Remember design codes are found in the third photo in the gallery.

2. SELECT YOUR GLASS STYLE - From the drop down menu, select the type of glass you would like. In addition, you will select if you want your glass to be single or double sided. Double sided or 2 sided means you will have a design on the opposite side of the design on the front of the glass. This can include: a name, special saying, date, nickname, etc. There is an additional $4.00 charge to add to the other side of the glass.

3. LEAVE US A NOTE - At checkout, there will be a “NOTES TO SELLER” section. This is where you want to leave all your information.

All items are shipped within 3-5 business days. Shipping times vary based on where you are located at or where the item is being shipped to. Please note that all domestic (USA) orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. International items are NOT shipped via USPS Priority Mail and First Class International Mailing DOES NOT include any insurance. Please contact us before purchasing your item and we can create a custom listing for you.

We ship via USPS Priority Mail for all our mugs and ring dishes. Priority mail does come standard with 50.00 insurance. The following items are shipped via USPS First Class unless you choose to upgrade:

***First Class shipping DOES NOT include insurance. All items are checked for any damage before shipping them. We are not responsible for damages that occur during shipping. If you are shipping first class and want insurance, please contact us to add insurance to your item.

PRIORITY MAIL IS NOT included on international shipping. International mailing is selected by the buyer at checkout. International mailing DOES NOT include insurance. We highly recommend purchasing insurance on international purchases. Please message us if you would like to buy international insurance and we will add the cost to your order.

Returns & Exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Items on sale

CANCELLATIONS: In order to ensure ship times are met, we immediately start production on all custom items. Hence, we DO NOT accept cancelations. Puzzles orders cannot be cancelled or returned. All sales are final

If you have shipped to the wrong address, please notify us. Please ensure that your purchase is correct before purchasing.

We only accept returns on non-custom items. Buyers are responsible to pay the shipping back to NCGD.

When your order arrives and there is an issue, please notify us within 2 business days. Please do not notify us by leaving a review. Send us a note, we will work with you!


Northern Country Girl Designs. LLC. is not liable for lost mail. We do suggest buying insurance through us to replace your item. In addition, if your item is returned to us, you (the buyer) are required to pay for postage again. Unless the error is on our part, we will not reship items. We also will not offer refunds on returned packages for personalized items.

We are not responsible for failed applications with decals. No refunds will be issues.

Help! My item was damaged by the Post Office! What do I do?

All domestic (United States) orders that are shipped with Priority Mail come with $50.00 insurance standard. If your item arrives damaged, please send us the following:

1. Picture of the damaged item(s)
2. Picture of the box

DO NOT throw away your items. They maybe required to be returned to the post office on occasion.

My order was sent back to you! What happens next?

If your package was returned to us, you will need to repurchase a shipping label to reship the item. We do not offer refunds on personalized items. If we cannot resell the item, we do not offer refunds.
