Two options are available for our bottles:

1. LASER BOTTLES - These are etched bottles that are shown in photo 2. They are top rack dishwasher safe and ARE NOT WHITE. They are etched into the bottle.

2. VINYL BOTTLES - These are done with WHITE VINYL and are HANDWASH ONLY. The drop down menu selection does not include the word "LASER" in it if you are wanting the white on the bottle. We only offer white vinyl.

Adorable 34 oz plastic water bottle that is the ideal way to stay hydrated and motivated in style! The top of the bottle screws on and off easily. The bottle then is closed for a spill proof lid. They are also BPA free as well! PERSONALIZATION & CUSTOMIZATION is available on the backside with a name, monogram or saying of your choice! Water Bottle colors can be found in the listing photos if you scroll to the right.

We only accept returns on non-custom items. Buyers are responsible to pay the shipping back to NCGD.

Help! My item was damaged by the Post Office! What do I do?

All domestic (United States) orders that are shipped with Priority Mail come with $50.00 insurance standard. If your item arrives damaged, please send us the following:

2. Picture of the box

DO NOT throw away your items. They maybe required to be returned to the post office on occasion.

My order was sent back to you! What happens next?

If your package was returned to us, you will need to repurchase a shipping label to reship the item. We do not offer refunds on personalized items. If we cannot resell the item, we do not offer refunds.
