HOW TO ORDER
- Select the quantity you would like from the drop down menu box in the top right
- Design Direction of the mug (please see picture for example)
- Then click the green “ADD TO CART” Button
- Finally, click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” to finish your purchase
PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING
Northern Country Girl Designs hand makes and designs each item customer for our customers. We use the highest quality drink ware available. NCGD prides ourselves in reliving your custom product to you in a timely manner. We do our best to ship out in 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS.
If you are ordering more than 12 of the same item, please contact us for bulk pricing. We can accommodate all your needs and work within your budget!

Any and all infringements of the design above shall be reported and legal action will be taken from our counsel. NCGD is release from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, causes or action or quits of any kind or nature whatsoever.
Please note that colors vary from screen to screen and make be different. Each item is handmade by me and may look slightly different as we are not mass producing each item.
Payment is required before item is shipped.
We ship via USPS Priority Mail for all our mugs and ring dishes. Priority mail does come standard with 50.00 insurance. The following items are shipped via USPS First Class unless you choose to upgrade:

***First Class shipping DOES NOT include insurance. All items are checked for any damage before shipping them. We are not responsible for damages that occur during shipping. If you are shipping first class and want insurance, please contact us to add insurance to your item.
PRIORITY MAIL IS NOT included on international shipping. International mailing is selected by the buyer at checkout. International mailing DOES NOT include insurance. We highly recommend purchasing insurance on international purchases. Please message us if you would like to buy international insurance and we will add the cost to your order.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
CANCELLATIONS: In order to ensure ship times are met, we immediately start production on all custom items. Hence, we DO NOT accept cancelations. Puzzles orders cannot be cancelled or returned. All sales are final
If you have shipped to the wrong address, please notify us. Please ensure that your purchase is correct before purchasing.
We only accept returns on non-custom items. Buyers are responsible to pay the shipping back to NCGD.
When your order arrives and there is an issue, please notify us within 2 business days. Please do not notify us by leaving a review. Send us a note, we will work with you!
RETURNED AND/OR LOST MAIL
Northern Country Girl Designs. LLC. is not liable for lost mail. We do suggest buying insurance through us to replace your item. In addition, if your item is returned to us, you (the buyer) are required to pay for postage again. Unless the error is on our part, we will not reship items. We also will not offer refunds on returned packages for personalized items.

We are not responsible for failed applications with decals. No refunds will be issues.

All domestic (United States) orders that are shipped with Priority Mail come with $50.00 insurance standard. If your item arrives damaged, please send us the following:

2. Picture of the box
DO NOT throw away your items. They maybe required to be returned to the post office on occasion.
If your package was returned to us, you will need to repurchase a shipping label to reship the item. We do not offer refunds on personalized items. If we cannot resell the item, we do not offer refunds.

Love it! It's a good mug, nothing peeling, and just as expected. But maybe I should've gotten a larger mug? I do like a big cup of coffee to get me started in the morning.
